Minari

I loved everything about this. The story line, the acting, the emotional response it got out of me. I couldn’t stop crying during the ending. David running to stop his grandma from walking away 😭😭😭😭😭 my heart!!!! The grandma must be protected at all times. Alan Kim is a star.  The themes that were covered were expressed so beautifully. From immigration, marital issues stemming from financial stressors and ambition for the American Dream. Everything is portrayed to make the audience feel what the family is feeling. Every moment feels so intimate and honest, although the film itself is very quiet. The cinematography is beyond stunning in this. Minari Creek is so special to me now.
