Die Hard

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!! You already know that I HAD to watch Die Hard to ring in my favorite holiday of the year. I watch this film every single Christmas and it never gets old. The explosions, the gunfire, the music, the cinematography, the blood, IT IS ALL SOOOOOO GOOODDDD!!!!!!! Bruce Willis is super badass in this movie and was the perfect person to play John McClane. Alan Rickman was quite the villain and perfectly portrayed the evil Hans Gruber. I just cannot get enough of watching McClane outsmart the terrorists and seamlessly maneuver through Nakatomi Plaza whilst picking the terrorists off one by one. There are some really gnarly scenes sprinkled in throughout this film such as numerous gunfights, when McClane squeezes himself into a vent, when he jumps off the side of the building and an explosion goes off behind him (not to mention that helicopter that got CONSUMED by the flames), and OF COURSE when Hans Gruber fell off the side of Nakatomi Plaza. IT ISN’T CHRISTMAS UNTIL I SEE HANS GRUBER FALL OFF THE SIDE OF NAKATOMI PLAZA!!!!!!! I will watch this every single Christmas Eve until the day I die and that is a promise. I’ll have to check out the other Die Hard films sometime soon since I have, unfortunately, never seen them. Anyhow, I hope everybody has a very Merry Christmas and spends lot of time with family!!!!
