Spirited Away

Updated Rating Upon Rewatch  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Once you’ve met someone, you never really forget them” I try to be as stingy with my five stars as I can be, and after sitting with this one for a couple days and rewatching it, I can more than comfortably give them here.  Incredible world-building and incredible storytelling. This is probably one of the best paced films ever. With only a two hour runtime, I felt like we explored so many characters and themes that were so well fleshed-out. I love this, I love the symbolism. That damn ending has made me cry BOTH times I’ve watched it.  Step TF back Pixar because Inside Out has nothing on Spirited Away.
