Fargo

It’s been snowing on and off where I live for the past few days so I thought this would be the perfect movie for such a day! I’d heard stuff about this movie before but I wasn’t expecting it to be this good cus WOW it really knocked my socks off! Joel Coen really made the perfect comedy thriller/crime movie here. The delivery of all the jokes landed so well and worked perfectly with some of its more darker moments. Don’t even get me started on the characters, they were all so well written! Obviously Frances McDormand knocks it out of the park as Marge. She’s just so sweet and earnest, I really loved her character 🥹. And you can’t forget about Carl and Gaear, the two criminals. God they were really funny, their dynamic was brilliant, honestly they’re probably up there as one of my favourite duos of all time. This movie is FANTASTIC and has instantly become one of my favourites!
