The Thing

This movie is actually perfect like genuinely. Just everything about it works so well together! As soon as that scene with the dogs happened I knew I was in for something incredibly special, the blood testing scene took my breath away like my eyes were glued to the screen for the entire time! Watching everyone quickly descend into madness and paranoia really added to the tension too. And don’t even start me on the practical effects, going into this I had heard that they were good but I wasn’t expecting them to be that good?! John Carpenter you really have created something special with this movie
