Saving Face
its my third time logging this to this account but its probably my thirtieth time watching this in total. this was a movie i watched in eight grade and i was having a hard time with a grand exam. i was a user of tumblr and i stumbled on this gem at there. till seeing this movie , i only watched sapphic movies with bad endings. and it didnt help me at all ... but this movie changed everything! i become happy :) i watched this movie secretly under my bed sheets when my mother thought i was asleep , it was the first time i was staying the whole night awake! i was thrilled and the movie made my cry a lot. their mother-daughter relationship was had such simillarities with my own mother that i find comfort with the movie at the very start. it was an alternative universe for me and my mom. i love her dearly , and i wish someday she'll love too! till that day Saving Face (2004) will have my back and will be my mom.
