Loki

Was kinda hoping this would be more standalone than it is, bc as a season 1 it feels like all build up with only a bit of payoff. I know season 2 is coming eventually, and this sets up interesting things for the MCU going forward, but at the end of the day, that's all this feels like: set up. It doesn't feel like it's own thing. Hopefully season 2 has something more of a standalone story with elements that set up future goings on instead of just feeling like a stepping stone. The music is great, it's more colorful than most marvel-fare (though their contrast still needs work), and the characters are fun. Just lacks a solid story to wrap these characters in.
