So what are the odds that my best friend would get hyperfixated on this movie the past couple weeks and then there’s 10 year anniversary imax screenings!! in my first review I LITERALLY SAID I WISH I COULD SEE THIS IN IMAX!!!! we had to go. I just watched this movie at home w/ her a couple weeks ago and now I watched it again today in imax and… wow. It completely blew me away. I’m so glad I experienced this because it highlighted just how bad I get distracted at home and why the theatre experience is so important. But god this movie is so perfect. I was never bored and didn’t feel the runtime at all. The sound and score was excellent, the acting is amazing and emotional, the visuals are unforgettable. But GOD THAT SOUND!!!! The building tension on Dr. Mann’s planet… even though I just watched this movie, every scene of building tension had me so anxious in a good way. Nolan really ate this up
