After Hours

If I didn't have anxiety before, I definitely do know. Would I be crazy to say this is the best Scorsese movie I've seen so far? Or at least that this Is the best first watch from his filmography so far? Because it definitely was that, I think best will take some more time to truly decide, but it's definitely up there. Never have I experienced such a chaotic story. Never have I watched a movie and hated my time, but also loved it. This entire movie had me either uncomfortable, laughing. But I was never bored. Not once does this movie take a break. It is so well made and had me feeling like I was right there with him wondering what the hell is going on and when will it end. I truly can't think about what I disliked here on my first watch, and it truly surprised me unlike any other movie I've watched before. So for right now it's earned itself a 5 from me. This could change on rewatch as I'm still not 100% sure what to think here. But If I know anything it's that this movie is very well made and I had a crazy time with it. Definitely a first watch I won't ever forget.
