The Green Knight

my favorite unorthodox christmas movie, like the story that's been rewritten and retold in over a hundred different ways in the past millenia it borrows from some retelling's, ignores others, makes up its own, and mixes and matches throughout the movie. It transitions from modern gritty realism to arthouse heady surrealism to traditional fantasy storytelling, but the transitions are never abrupt or jarring so much that they pull you out of the story.
