Midsommar

I don’t think it’s a stretch to say that this is one of the most important and ambitious films of the last decade  I really like how they incorporate drug trips into this movie, the realistic subtlety of the visuals, sudden panic and the differing headspaces of the characters feel super authentic  You’ll always get more out of Midsommar on every rewatch (the bear portrait in Dani’s apartment) it’s full of fun foreshadowing if you look for it
