Persona

Stuff like this is hard to rate, because I understand that this is a complete masterpiece and deserves to be rated a 10/10 any day of the week. But when it comes to being one of my favorites, a movie like this just doesn't touch me as much. So do I give it it's flowers, or do I rate it based on how I truly feel? I landed right in the middle and I'm fine with that. This movie made me realize that you can rate a movie a 9/10 and it not be one of your favorites. That there can be movies you rate lower that you like more. But like I said, it's a stellar movie that you can probably pick apart for weeks. I didn't fully understand it while watching and I was still pretty entranced. It's the type of thing that absolutely needs to be in black and white.
