Wicked

Something has truly changed within me… Third viewing, and this film has quickly solidified its place as one of my favourite musicals! (Sorry to The Greatest Showman & Mamma Mia) It’s whimsical, it’s fun, it’s emotional. The set designs are absolutely stunning, the choreography will make you want to get up and dance yourself, and the vocals from our stars?! UGHH just chef’s kiss all around!! I truly understand why Cynthia and Ariana were crying in every interview because I was in absolute shambles by the time the credits rolled. You can tell their performances were so sincere and full of love for these characters and the story. I also want to highlight that, despite the hefty runtime, this movie flies by so fast because of how much fun you’re having!! I’ve truly been Wickified!! Wicked and its songs have been stuck in my head since my first viewing, but I’m not complaining 💚 💖
