Amélie

I once offered to help a lady with her shopping at a bus stop. The bus wouldn’t be arriving for a while and she was headed in my direction with quite a few bags so I thought we could share the load.  Anyways, we decided to sit around and wait for the bus in the end and in that time she was telling me about this movie and how I reminded her of Amélie.  She of course meant that I’d done her a kindness but years later, now I’ve actually seen the movie I realise that I do personally relate to Amélie. I too would do anything other than actually admit to a man that I have feelings for him.
