didnt anticipate grief nor the push and pull of anne and williams relationship, a really fresh outlook on a historic romance, i felt really drawn to anne’s character and personality, every scene felt quite natural and i liked the ebb and flow of every joy experienced followed by this brooding sense of doom, the last scene of the hamlet play was so good !! made me think a lot of theatre and playwrights and what gies behind the writing of each line and sentence. it made hamlet seem like a departing love letter to his son and also his wife!
