i wanted to like this movie so bad. it honestly could’ve been perfect if it weren’t for the racism and the creepiness of bill murray being TRIPLE scarlett johansson’s age here🫩 it was all so dreamy and ethereal. the way it captures solitude but finding someone who makes you feel seen and heard melts my heart but i can’t overlook the constant mockery of japanese people and the fact that scarlett johansson was 17 here.. if these were changed this movie would prob be in my all time favorites

sebastian stan is a long time celebrity crush of mine so watching this was kinda horrific and jeremy strong… my eldest boy…

a must watch in theaters!!! i had no idea what was going on but it was amazing 🙂‍↕️ i kept thinking how fun it’d be to be a part of the cast with your friends in your neighborhood and perform this every week for your community and everyone showed up for it (yes perks of being a wallflower)
