Moonlight

It’s solid. My main critique is the last quarter of the movie just dragged on. The first 3 quarters are great, you build a connection with the character etc. then come the end ur just kinda sat there and it doesn’t feel like the same movie, problems from before are getting “resolved” but it doesn’t seem like it has any benefit to Chiron. Esp at the end, Chiron and Kevin reconvene and those scenes just felt like they took forever and there was a lot of tension that felt unneeded. Also was just never really a fan of Kevin after part 1. Twas also remotely predictable, any ounce of foreshadowing gave away some really big information. Don’t get me wrong movie pretty tuff. RIP Juan.
