had a cool idea and the 80s horror vibe was really nice to look at, i liked the colors and the mood they built, felt eerie without being loud or jumpy.
but the story didn’t really do much for me, it started strong then got too messy near the end, guess it wanted to be deep and symbolic but didn’t fully get there, just felt kind of empty.
the lead actress was good and the style was there but overall it just didn’t stick, it had potential but ended up being more style than substance.
