Obsession

No better feeling than when a movie lives up to the hype. Disturbing, funny, shocking, scary, an elite combination of visceral and psychological horror, some great camerawork, and a generational performance by Inde Navarrette The most horrifying parts of the film for me were, in order: the “watch you while you’re sleeping” scene, the scene where Bear refuses to kill the real Nikki, and the three seconds of Nikki screaming on her phone. Truly chilling stuff, but there are also so many darkly funny moments as well. Curry Barker is one of them ones Bear is absolutely the villain btw he’s basically the ultimate incel monster
