Titanic

Not that I didn't cry for Jack and Rose (oh my god they are tragic) but my tears rolled down even harder for the musicians. Their last scene is beautiful. Damn the Patriots and damn James Cameron! Thank you Kojima for not giving your Jack and Rose this ending, if you did I'd cry more than Cameron could ever make me. So glad I saw this for my 700th "film" seen on Letterboxd (technically 619th if you don't count shorts or shows, but they are on this site), just such a gripping and powerful story. Expect me to watch a lot more James Cameron films on my way to 1000 next year. Can't wait to watch Titanic 2! (Definitely gonna have to rope some friends into watching that together...)
