Kurasawa is the GOAT - you know that it’s an incredible film if 3 hours go by and you didn’t even realize it. The cinematography, makeup, production design, clothing are all absolutely top tier. And the message and writing was superb. Oh yeah and do yourself a favor and watch this masterpiece in 4K.

As convoluted as their relationship was, Redford and Dunaway have incredible chemistry. Best part of this film though is watching a guy who just “reads books” outsmart the entire “community” but the dialogue was a close second Also shoutout to KL for this amazing 4K transfer

First time I saw this was in theaters when a 7.3 earthquake hit during the climax. It wasn’t as exciting this time.

A lot of emotions during this movie. I laughed a lot and I cried a lot. Seeing the pain and triumph that he experiences helps to really shed a light on a disease I knew next to nothing about. So glad I watched this and I feel like I know so much more about Tourette’s.
