The new direction from mendes really flexes its muscles here all throughout and makes a really good change from quantum.
The relationship between bond and M peaks and it is a shame that dench leaves the roll here, she is absolutely perfect for this roll and I've never been a fan of fiennes' M.
I loved Javier in this, and as a villain I think it rivals no country for old men. He is such a mastermind throughout all of the first half but I think it fails a bit after the visit to Skyfall.
