Cure
watching this in the 4k restoration was nuts, the movie is shot so beautifully while still remaining so unsettling. i can't even express how much i love the dark and creepy aesthetic it achieves with its long still shots. when the camera doesn't move it feels like you can't look away. the movie is so good at building up paranoia with its style and dialogue; not to mention the sound design is on another level. easily one of my favourite movies that consists of many of my favourite shots. the film only makes you appreciate it more on a second viewing.
