Memento
INSNANE. Memento is truly unlike any other movie I've ever seen. Its nonlinear (almost working completely backwards) storyline had the viewer confused at times and more confused at others. This slight confusion I believe was done on purpose so the audience could understand what living Lenny's life with his condition was like, and boy was it wild. Being confused can be seen as a negative thing but it just worked so well in this movie because it felt like watching a bunch of pieces to a puzzle that you were so eagerly trying to put together. My mind went mad with different theories about wtf was going on that would completely change with each new piece of information that was unraveled. I was truly and wholeheartedly entertained and intrigued for the entire story, and the ending was completely unexpected and thought provoking (no spoilers though). I'm not sure how great the movies rewatch-ability is simply because of how intense it was, but it was one of my most fun and mind-blowing first watches I've ever had.
