Mohawk

If you can get past the low budget nature of Mohawk there is a lot in this movie to enjoy. The political undertones of this period piece violent revenge film are captivating and well stated. The extreme violence is often unexpected and very intense. Some of the performances are a bit awkward but certain moments give the actors a chance to shine. I have not seen the directors previous film but it has been added to my list! Also I got to say the score to this is great and way creepier on its own than the entire film itself is!
