Summer Wars

As a fan of our war games, this feels like it was made for me. All the great stuff about Digimon is here but just fleshed out in a more mature way. Essentially this is set up as a romantic comedy and a bit of action as well. In reality this ends up being a really well done family drama about loss, connection and helping others.Also this is a very unique look into how we interact with internet social spaces that feels even more relevant now than when the film came out in 2005.
