Everything I loved about blade runner dialed up to 11. Sequels rarely improve upon the original source material but this was the perfect addition to Ridley Scott’s Blade Runner. Villenueve really solidified himself as a great sci FI director with this one. Deakins shots are fantastic- he really brings the movie to life. Just like the original; don’t go into this one expecting an action packed science fiction movie, instead expect a character driven story which continues upon Scott’s question asked in the original: what makes someone human?
