one of the all time best of the best. for such a seemingly unserious movie, there's actually quite a lot of attention to detail and care involved. the outfits are timeless and utterly iconic without coming off as totally gimmicky. and for all the kooky make-believe visual elements portrayed on screen to represent hacking interfaces, there's authenticity behind the motivation and rebellious spirit of hacking. including the actual real-world hacker's manifesto and security systems guidebooks from the late 80s and early 90s shows that the filmmakers did their homework.
