The Fall
Great storytelling device (like the princess bride and bedtime stories) where an adult tells a child a story and much of the movie occurs in the dream world. Insanely good, often Dalí-esque but very diverse cinematography, astounding set design and costume design, charming and moving performances by the 2 lead actors. Just when I thought the film was running out of gas, a dark turn happens which propels it to the end and gives it higher purpose. So good. Definite multiple rewatch value.
