Definitely one of Fincher’s best if not the best, for direction, lighting, shot composition, camera movement, and as well as performance all the jazz but definitely because of the script. I find that the best films in modern times and in general are very Shakespearean and that’s what new film is missing but old film misunderstood, don’t make Shakespeare plays into films make Shakespearean screenplays I mean The Social Network follows all of tropes in tragedies. It feels like it can be a one to one comparison to Macbeth moving around the plot points and loosely based character similarities.
