Paris, Texas

What can I say other than this film is beautiful. Not just visually, although it’s certainly not lacking in that department, but it tells such an expertly crafted story, one bound to trigger emotions. There’s nothing like my first watch of Paris, Texas. I don’t want to overanalyse the masterpiece this film is. Everything that made this possible combines in a perfectly unique way. In just under 2 and a half hours, I’ve met characters whom I won’t forget for the rest of my life, a tale that will stick with me. This was an unforgettable viewing.
