Whiplash

Man back when i was 12 i started drumming, by 13 i had played 2 concerts and my teacher (who had been on national tv twice) said i had real talent. i kept at it for so so long, i got pretty good, but one day i just quit. then i come back to this movie, and got back onto my drum set after a year of it gathering dust, and just played for an hour. i miss it. anyway this movie is truly just a piece of art, and what i belive to be the best ending to a movie in modern cinema. you would think the director is a 50 year old who spent DECADES perfecting his art, but its just a 28 year olds debut film, and he went on to make some of the best movies in history by 40. Its truly amazing in every conceivable way, so its one of the 10 movies that are 5/5, or perfect that i have seen.
