Saw V

nevermind we're so back after dragging the previous movie from the saw universe, Saw V really made me change my mind about what i've said earlier. i honestly really liked the fact that the players are indeed much more connected to each other than you might think and finally they didn't panic that much + they've finally used their goddamn brains. the traps were fantastic too! there's even plottwists for the fucking traps alone and i loved that! i also enjoyed - surprisingly enough since it's the detective one, not the trap one - Strahm's plotline about trying to prove that Hoffman is indeed Jigsaw's accomplice. maybe because half of it was literally flashbacks from the first three movies but who doesn't like the og trilogy? i was so pissed about Strahm dying at the end. i really hope that he didn't die for nothing and people will actually find out that Mark was the bad guy, not him. like i said, i had my expectations low for this after Saw IV but oh my god i was so surprised (in a good way, of course).
