Obsession

Oh my God... I have waited so long to watch this and it did not disappoint at all. Firstly, Inde Navarrette was amazing. For this being her first major film, I was so surprised by her acting in this movie alone. And Michael Johnston did a great job too!! Secondly, I have not been this scared in a long time. It was terrifying without needing a cheap jump scare every few minutes and I'm so amazed by it. The scene in the car made me feel sick and it made my dad jump out of his skin which I've never seen him do!! I felt sorry for all of the characters and the ending felt so sublime in a good way. I loved how even though Nikki is the antagonist of the film, I still felt a wave of sadness at her outcome. I mean it was a stupid accident on Bear's part and I wish he would have told someone about it so they could kill him and attempt to bring him back.. like why did he keep it a secret for the entire movie!! Anyways.. movie of the year for sure!!
