this is definitively a classic- genuinely can’t believe i waited so long to watch. i think emma’s character is a breath of fresh air, she’s sometimes messy and cruel but endearing even still. she learns lessons and eventually focuses on herself and becoming better. this scratched the itch i had for another period piece romance, thank god!! i love anything jane austen 😭 wish she wrote my life lowk
