in the beginning i’ll b honest there were many things holding this movie back for me: the EDITING, the lighting, the unfortunate acting and the lack of any terror in my horror film. but as the film progressed u realize that all its flaws are simply just a product of its time. THIS MOVIE WAS SO EFFING COOL!! for every con this film has 20 pros. the premise is so unique and executed so perfectly (THE TRAPSSSS are so creative and stress inducing), the mystery aspect was so compelling, and every twist in this blew me away. not to mention the chemistry between the two male leads- when they were in scenes alone they were so dry but in their partner scenes they’re amazing lmao. all this to say i can’t believe i’ve never watched this??? i literally am in love and i will b watching the entire series now ❤️ but what else could i have expected from james wan!! he might b my fav modern horror director idk
