Man on Fire

they really don’t make movies like this anymore :( The transitions and shots were a work of art. It’s actually really stunning and really makes the film standout.  Mainly put this on cuz it’s my dad’s birthday and he loved Denzel Washington and I was feeling sappy. I remember watching this as a kid with him and at the time I wasn’t that invested cuz it wasn’t my cup of tea, but in this rewatch, definitely appreciated the film so much more. I was so emotional at the end. Denzel and Dakota did an amazing job together and just killed it. God, when she’s running to him at the end….killed me.
