The Glory
“There will be no forgiveness. And so, there will be no glory either.”> “Some hatred resembles longing. It’s impossible to get rid of.”
It moves slowly, but it never wastes that time. Dong-eun’s revenge doesn’t feel explosive or dramatic, it feels patient, like something that’s been sitting quietly for years. The show spends just as much time with the damage as it does with the revenge itself, which makes everything heavier. By the end, nothing really feels triumphant. It just feels like the only way things could have ended.
