Aftersun
The silent coversations, the father-daughter bond, the way it's shot, this film feels like a distant memory that you would give anything in the world to relive again.
I was waiting for it to hit the whole time, so when the Under Pressure scene played I just couldn't hold it in anymore, I was crying uncontrollably, and when you've lost your father at a young age too it just hurt 10x worse.
I get now why Aftersun is so beloved, such a beautiful poignant film. 5 Stars
