About Time

One of the best romance films to date. A film that somehow manages to tackle relationships, both romantic and parental in such a delicate and beautiful way. It is creates this innate sense of joy and wonder for what it means to live, while also showing us the tragedy of death, time and losing ones we love. The fact that this film can do all this, all while wrapped up with a science-fiction time-travel bow is probably most impressive. None of it feels absurd or out there, it all fits and makes sense within the stories context. This film truly nails home the point that even if you had the ability to go back and time and make a moment perfect, that is not what's perfect. What's perfect is that you are having the moment.
