Superman

Second time was even better than the first time because of my beautiful wife was with me to watch it!  Its one of those films where you just dont watch it to nit pick of be facetious about it. You watch it because its finally a movie and one at a high budge and high post that actually shows people and exposes who the true evil cowards are in this world.  And who the true heroes are. Its one of those times where i dont mind the hero being an overtly goody two shoes. Because thats what he is. The forced goodness is literally his character and parallel lots to spiderman and maybe why i like spiderman more is because he is human and we can relate on that level but also that he can hurt. Just like this version of superman can hurt hes not indistructable like other supermen which stunt his character tbh. But anyways superman films should really focus on the good for mankind. From big to small.  And F you all who hate on this for woke. Because you just know who u are and where you lie when the day comes to an end! Idk my thoughts are all over the place tbh! My wifes first review was much more cohesive.  Yes theres lots that couldve done better. And theres lots i didnt like from the start / first look a few months back. I dont like the suit. But the colours are nice even tho im a fan of darker blues and reds. But it fits. I absolutely adoreee the children flocking to him. Reminds me of proper comics and og raimi trilogy.  And yeah the messages throughout ressonate alotttt and are current and will be current for the years to come and will have a timeless aspect of it. Im always hit and miss with James Gunn but hes always a director ill forever back because hes good for film. Emotion first over useless garbage and with actual personal meaning.  #THEGUNNWASLOADED Now as for my love! She adores this film probably as much as I adore her niece! What an absolute angel! If anything im more extremely happy that my loml has such amazing enjoyment arrive to her because she deserves that in bucket loads! Im finally hopefully getting the DC universe i always hoped for. I did like the universe of the DCEU but the films it self were hit and miss but i did like the tone. But anyways the future is bright it started off better than I expected. And i hope we get nightwing soon :) i really hope the ambition of this being a media project of having them tell the dcu stories of yesteryear etc through games and such comes to fruition. I really hope so plz do that!  More on the film! I adored the themes of being yourself no matter who says what. If youre instilled with the right instruments and morality. Then children should be left to make their mistakes and grow. No amount of HELIKOPTER HELIKOPTER parenting will ever amount to anything good and my life has proven that tbh so i can resonate alot. Dont restrict people either as it clips them from their success. Superman couldve just been this murdering machine but his outlook has done better for the world and given people. True hero to loom toward. This review couldve been better structured more detailed on theory and such. But this film isnt for that its pure emotion. You get your blockbusters and this is what they should always be here for. Strong emotional pulls with amazing cinematic experience. I do hope they go with a new cinematographer tho 😭  The overall casting was good the only thing that was forced was Mr Terrifics Voice and that moustache daily planet brudda and his comedy. That didnt hit at allllll for me that guys comedys pissed me tf off tbh. Big props to Nicholas Hoult! I hated on you but i was right in the end! You ended you with a better role.
