Arrival
Second time watching this, and it still gives me goosebumps. I don’t even know what to say. I watched it for the first time on campus, and I was speechless the entire time, and I kept thinking about it on my way home. On the Nature of Daylight is so beautiful and such a perfect song choice for this movie. If this movie ever gets a rerelease, I would love to see this on IMAX. I feel like it would be the most perfect way to watch this.
It’s funny how this movie is PG-13, which I assumed would mean it was bad when I first saw it. I thought, how could this be a “first contact” movie if they won’t use any weapons? I was wrong for a lot of reasons. Other than that, I just can’t describe how much I love this movie. I still can’t say much about this movie even though I already said a lot.
