A very fun reinvigoration of the slasher genre that has felt stale in the recent years. Raised many fascinating questions around morality, sexuality, empowerment, youth, beauty, and jealousy. Only thing that keeps this film from being a full five stars is that while I love the questions they raise and find them both stimulating and important, I’m not sure I like where the film landed on the answers.
