Telecommunications grift with a father-in-law using his dead son’s wife to find a new cash machine, Lost City billionaire trickster who wants to Scrooge McDuck dive into diamonds, Coco the Gorilla trying to find her place in the real world despite being raised in captivity, all in the middle of a vaguely war-torn Africa that doesn’t seem to mind cocky Americans galavanting through ruins as long as bribes are paid. Confident i won’t be revisiting this on purpose, despite the lasers vs. gorillas battle at the end.

Fuckass Monkey! I also thought I had seen this when I was a kid in the 90s but I seem to have fogtten everything about it except for the ending when they're fighting old apes. Somehow I forgot about Laura Linney blasting a sub machine gun at bunch of apes during a sick ass Pink Floyd lazer show in the fucking jungle.
