I haven't watched all that many shorts cause it's not really something that Interests me a whole lot. I've watched many good ones but I rarely seek them out. The only times I really seek out shorts is when they're by a director I like as shorts is often a good way of seeing where a Director started, as most director started with very short shorts like this one. With shorts you can allow yourself to be more abstract which often leads to shorts making the most sense, not because this is necessarily confusing, but what was the point? It looks neat, I liked the framing, very Greenaway esque. And yeah this certainly gives some insight into Greenaway in his early stages and helps see how he developes, but it's not all that interesting besides that
