When a natural disaster strikes Beth dutton and rip wheeler start anew in Texas but trouble is never far behind for the dutton clan.
I love the Yellowstone universe. I'll always try the spin offs. So I admit I'm biased. This is by far the best spin off set in the modern day too. It has all the intrigue of Yellowstone with 2 of its best characters.
Unlike marshals that makes some choices I disagree with. Dutton ranch keeps the heart of the show while mirroring the new characters well. The new characters are pretty good themselves too especially Ed Harris. The OG cast still play their characters to perfection as well.
As for the story it definitely feels closer to Yellowstone than most of the other spin offs. Beth and rip were great as they interacted with the new characters especially Rob will. It also ends on a cliffhanger that's implies the duttons vs the cartell so yeah give me that now please.
If you love Yellowstone you'll probably love dutton ranch. I do and had a great time with it. It's also a show my wife enjoyed. So it's well worth a watch.
