Feels more of a Hallmark Christmas movie than a series really. And true, it has 8 episodes of ≈20 minutes so it is only sloghtly more in depth than that. It was quite promising at the start, with a strong pilot, interesting characters etc but then it just falls off into the old habit of characters making very bad love life choices. I had hoped the series would be more serious than that, but it remained childish at best. At the end I wasnt really rooting for anyone anymore tbh.

I really enjoyed this show, I finished it in one day because I just could not stop pressing the ‘Next’ button! However, I hate how rushed the final episode ended up being. Despite Alex and Bruno being the face of the show, I feel like that they ended up being put to the side halfway through the show. Which was such a shame since they were the ones that got me hooked. I did find out that they were planning a second season and that it got canceled, and that’s probably why it seemed rushed in the end, but man, I feel I little let down
