it’s unfortunate that this is still the reality for so many women all over the world, not only the ph, they still have to fight for ownership over their own bodies.

i am so glad to live a life where i get to laugh and be reckless and impulsive and have no worries and still pursue my dreams. i am so happy that i belong only to myself, and sometimes i wish i could turn back time to tell my mother that it’s ok to have fun and live for her dreams.
but i am her and she is me, and i am the children that i will never bear, and i hold my extra bright extra shiny future with them!!!
