Superman

So incredibly comic-booky and such a great feel-good film. This is now one of my favourite ever superhero films. David Corenswet is amazing as Superman throughout the entire thing, and the rest of the cast is superb. Even the heavy involvement of other superheroes is done really well and I was skeptical of this at first. James Gunn’s vibrant direction is great, nailing the action, set design, and fitting in an abundance of beautifully super shots. This is his magnum opus.
