I am truly thankful that I live in a time where I can watch this. It is genuinely one of the most perfect movies I’ve ever seen on all fronts. Whether you’re talking about that immaculate cinematography and the subtle beauty of the colors, costume, and set design, or if your talking about Daniel Day-Lewis and Vicky Krieps amazing performances and chemistry on screen. And can we talk about that score? Johnny Greenwood is really giving his absolute all on these compositions that perfectly fit every scene they are in. It may be too early to call this a top 5 movie ever but the beauty and pure artistry this movie had blew me away beyond belief. The new years and ending scenes are also enough to give this movie the most confident 5 stars I’ve ever given.
